1. About these terms
Kliqo is operated by Lumi sp. z o.o. (LUMI SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ), Al. Solidarności 68 lok. 121, 00-240 Warszawa, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001208216, kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register; NIP 5253070074; REGON 543359002; share capital PLN 5,000 (“Kliqo”, “we”, “us”).
These terms are the agreement between us and the person or organisation that creates an account or a workspace (“you”). If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may bind it. By creating an account, starting a trial or using the service, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Kliqo is built for businesses. If you are a consumer, or a sole trader for whom the contract is not of a professional nature (Polish law treats them like consumers for these rights), the mandatory consumer rules of your country apply in addition to these terms, and nothing here limits them. Sections that apply only to business customers say so.
These terms are available free of charge at this address and can be saved or printed at any time.
2. The service
Kliqoshows how AI assistants answer the questions your buyers ask. You choose the questions (“prompts”) and the AI engines to track; we ask those prompts on the selected engines on a regular schedule (normally every night) and report which brands are named and recommended, which sources the answers cite, how this changes over time, and which actions may improve your visibility. Optional features include robots.txt and crawlability checks of your site, and Crawl insights, which records visits by AI crawlers to your site through a Cloudflare Worker installed in your own Cloudflare account.
Technical requirements
You need an internet connection, a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an email address or a Google account to sign in. Crawl insights also needs a website that is proxied through Cloudflare and a Cloudflare API token with the permissions we ask for.
3. Accounts, workspaces and members
- You sign in with Google or a one-time email link. Keep access to your email and Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- A workspace holds your projects and data. The person who creates it is its owner; the owner can invite members with the roles owner, admin, editor or viewer. Every plan includes unlimited members.
- Only the owner can start, change or cancel a subscription. The owner is responsible for the workspace’s members and their use of the service.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Do not share sign-in links or create accounts on someone else’s behalf without permission.
4. Free trial
- Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it, through our payment provider Stripe.
- During the trial every plan runs with 50 prompts and 3 AI engines; the plan’s full limits and any extra engines start with the first payment.
- One free trial per payment card. If a card has already been used for a trial, the new subscription starts without a trial and the first payment is charged at once.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically into the paid plan you chose, and the card is charged for the first billing period on day 7.
- Changing plan during the trial is free; the trial continues and the new plan’s price applies when it ends.
5. Plans, prices and payment
Current plans (prices in US dollars, before tax):
- Starter: $79 a month billed monthly, or $804 a year billed annually; 50 prompts, 1 project, 3 AI engines included. Each extra AI engine costs $15 a month or $156 a year.
- Growth: $199 a month billed monthly, or $2,028 a year billed annually; 150 prompts, 3 projects, 3 AI engines included. Each extra AI engine costs $39 a month or $396 a year.
- Pro: $449 a month billed monthly, or $4,584 a year billed annually; 400 prompts, 10 projects, 3 AI engines included. Each extra AI engine costs $89 a month or $912 a year.
Annual billing is 15% cheaper than monthly billing. You can add up to 2 extra AI engines per workspace, subject to the engines on sale. Larger volumes (Enterprise) are agreed individually in writing.
The prices on our pricing page and at checkout apply. VAT and other taxes are added where the law requires; business customers in the EU can enter a VAT number for the reverse charge. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive your full card number. Invoices and receipts are issued electronically.
We may change prices for future billing periods. Existing subscriptions move to a new price only at a renewal at least 30 days after we tell the owner by email. If you do not agree, you can cancel before that renewal.
6. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (a month or a year) for the same period, and the card on file is charged, until cancelled.
- The owner can cancel at any time from Settings › Billing › Manage billing (the Stripe customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the workspace keeps full access until then, and you can resume the subscription before that date.
- Fees already paid are not refunded, for monthly or annual billing, except where the law requires a refund (for example the consumer right of withdrawal in section 9) or we have agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Plan changes and limits
- Upgrades (a bigger plan, more AI engines, or monthly to annual) apply at once, and the prorated difference for the rest of the period is charged at once. If that payment fails or needs confirmation by your bank, nothing changes until it is paid.
- Downgrades (a smaller plan, fewer engines, or annual to monthly) take effect at the end of the current period, without a refund or credit for the remaining time. They can be undone until then.
- Limits: each plan limits the prompts, projects and AI engines a workspace can use. The service blocks actions that would exceed them and offers an upgrade. When a downgrade takes effect, you choose what to keep; anything over the new limits is paused (kept with its history, but not scanned), never deleted.
8. Unpaid or ended subscriptions
- If a renewal payment fails, the workspace keeps working for 3 days while Stripe retries the card. After that, or when a trial ends without payment or a subscription ends, the workspace is paused (“locked”).
- While a workspace is locked, the dashboard cannot be used, no data can be exported, and all scans stop immediately. The owner can restore access by choosing a plan or paying the open invoice.
- We keep a locked or cancelled workspace’s data for 90 days. After that we may delete it permanently. Subscribing again within 90 days restores everything (subject to the new plan’s limits). Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
9. Consumers: right of withdrawal
This section applies only if you are a consumer (or a sole trader treated as one). You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. The contract is concluded when you start your trial or subscription at checkout.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement, for example by email to [email protected] or by post to Al. Solidarności 68 lok. 121, 00-240 Warszawa, Poland. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending the statement before the 14 days end is enough.
Our service starts immediately. By starting a trial or subscription you expressly ask us to begin providing the service during the withdrawal period. The trial costs nothing, so withdrawing during it costs nothing. If you withdraw after a paid period has started, you pay only for the service provided until you told us, in proportion to the price of the period, and we refund the rest within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the payment method you used, at no cost to you.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use Kliqo to:
- break the law or anyone’s rights, or submit unlawful content (including in prompts, brand names, profiles or notes);
- track content that promotes violence, hate, sexual exploitation, illegal goods or services, or that deceives people;
- scrape, copy, resell or redistribute the service or its data at scale, or access it by automated means other than the features we provide;
- get around plan limits, trials or payment, for example by opening several workspaces or using several cards to repeat the free trial;
- connect, test or monitor websites or Cloudflare accounts you are not authorised to manage;
- probe, overload or attack the service or other users, introduce malware, or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it;
- use the results to harass or defame a person or a business.
We may remove unlawful content and suspend use that breaks this section (see section 17).
11. Your content and data
Your projects, brands, competitors, prompts, topics, tags, notes and settings (“your content”) remain yours. You allow us to store and process them, and to send prompts and settings to the providers named in section 12, only to provide and improve the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to use your content.
We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics about how the service is used and how AI engines behave, which do not identify you or your workspace, to operate and improve Kliqo.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf (for example visit data collected by Crawl insights on your website), we act as your processor under Article 28 GDPR; contact us for our data processing terms.
12. Third-party services and integrations
- AI answers are collected from the AI engines you select through our data provider Bright Data, and read and summarised with Google Gemini. These providers, and the AI engines themselves, are not under our control.
- Crawl insights installs a Worker and a route in your Cloudflare account with the API token you give us. You stay responsible for your Cloudflare account; you can disconnect at any time, which removes the route and deletes the token. The Worker is set to let traffic through if it fails.
- Payments are handled by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms.
- Your use of AI engines, Cloudflare or other third-party services outside Kliqo is governed by their terms.
13. AI answers and results
- The answers shown in Kliqo are generated by third-party AI models. We report what they said; we do not write, check or endorse them, and they may be wrong, incomplete, outdated or different for other users, places or times.
- Metrics such as visibility, recommended share, position and sentiment, the reading of each answer, and suggested actions are produced automatically, partly with AI, and can contain errors. Use them as one input for your own decisions.
- Impact shows the change observed in AI answers before and after an action, over matched periods. It does not prove that the action caused the change; AI engines change for many reasons.
- We do not guarantee any ranking, recommendation, citation, traffic, sales or other result in AI answers or search engines.
- A scan may return fewer answers than planned when an engine or provider fails; we retry where we can.
14. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Kliqoavailable and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and maintenance or provider outages can interrupt it. We may improve and change features. When an AI engine’s answers stop working reliably we may label it Beta, pause it or replace it; we will not remove a feature that is essential to your paid plan during a paid period without telling the owner and, if you are a consumer and the change is to your detriment, letting you end the contract and refunding prepaid fees for the remaining time.
15. Intellectual property
The service, its software, design, texts and brand belong to us or our licensors. During your subscription you may use the service and export reports for your organisation’s internal purposes, including sharing them with your clients if you are an agency. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation.
16. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for damage caused intentionally, for personal injury, or a consumer’s statutory rights.
For business customers, to the extent the law allows:
- the service is provided “as is”, and statutory warranty (rękojmia) is excluded;
- we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data that you could have exported, or indirect damage;
- our total liability for all claims in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
17. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Kliqo at any time and cancel as described in section 6. We may suspend or end access, after a warning where reasonable, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, do not pay, or if the law requires it. If we end the service for reasons other than your breach, we refund prepaid fees for the remaining time. Sections that by their nature continue (for example 11, 13, 15, 16 and 20) survive termination.
18. Complaints
Send complaints about the service to [email protected] with your account email and a description of the problem. We reply within 14 days. Consumers can also use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, for example the municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa).
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the law, the service or our providers change. For material changes we tell the workspace owner by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
20. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes with business customers are decided by the common court with jurisdiction over our registered office in Warsaw. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts the law allows. The English version of these terms is the binding one.
