Filters
How the filter bar changes every number, and what happens when you change AI models.
Answer audit, Insights, Domains, URLs, Gap analysis, Impact and Crawl insights share one filter bar. A filter changes every number on the page, and stays set as you move between these pages.
Date range
Choose Last 7, 14, 30 (the default), 90, 180 or 365 days, All time, or Custom. For a custom range, click a start and an end day in the calendar, then Apply. Days follow your project’s timezone, and days in the future can’t be picked. Reset restores all filters to their defaults.
Changes always compare with the previous period of the same length; Last 30 days compares with the 30 days before it. All time has nothing before it, so no change markers are shown.
Models
The model button shows the logos of the models in use. With nothing chosen, numbers use your project’s current models. Tick models to look at one or a few. Current models returns to the default.
- Previously tracked
- Models the project no longer scans, with the last day they answered. Their answers are kept, and you can still select them.
- Starts next scan
- Models you just added. They have no answers until the next nightly scan.
Topics and tags
Narrow every number to the prompts in some topics or with some tags. Ticking all of them is the same as “All topics”, so topics you add later are included automatically.
Saved and shareable
- Filters are part of the page address, so you can copy the link to share an exact view with a teammate.
- Your last filters are remembered per project in your browser. If you open a page without filters in its address, they are restored.
- Recommendations doesn’t use these filters: saved actions aren’t tied to a range. Prompts has its own metrics range.
