Impact
Your visibility before and after each completed action, in matched 14-day windows.
Impact shows how your numbers changed around each action you finished. For every action marked Done, it compares the 14 days before with the 14 days after, using the same prompts and models in both periods.
How an action is measured
You mark it Done
The day you move an action to Done in Recommendations is its completion day.Two windows
The before window is the 14 days up to the day before. The after window is the 14 days starting the day after. The completion day itself is left out.Like for like
Only prompt and model pairs answered in both windows count, so new prompts or a model change can’t distort the result. Your current filters apply to both windows. The result
The change is the after rate minus the before rate, in percentage points (pts). Each window needs at least 30 answers.
Total impact
The chart shows your brand over the selected range. Pick a metric: Visibility, Sentiment,Position or Share of voice. D W M set the interval.
- Visibility also plots Used as a source: the share of answers that cite your own domain. It uses its own scale on the right.
- A dashed line with a hollow dot marks each completed action.
- Periods with too few answers or mentions are left blank rather than drawn as zero.

When an action can’t be measured
- Too few answers
- One of the windows has fewer than 30 matched answers. Tracking more prompts helps.
- No matched prompts
- No prompt and model pair was answered in both windows.
- After window still open
- The 14 days after completion haven’t passed yet.
- Brand settings changed
- Your tracked brands changed between the windows, so the two can’t be compared fairly.
- Analysis changed
- The way answers are read changed between the windows.
